-The Vault- Vintage Jazz Club was recently featured on the popular fashion blog, SL Extravaganza! One of the reasons *I* am so excited about Jennifer's blog write-up is that I found -The Vault- via a fashion blog. I wish I could remember which blog it was, because I'd love to give the writer a big kiss for helping me find my "home" in SL. That was way back in May of 2009... Almost two years ago. My, how time flies! Think about it! Another lost noob could now be surfing the 'Net and stumbling across -The Vault- like I did... There could be another me here! Lingering like some stray cat, drinking all our liquor... Oh jeez. Jennifer, get your post off the Internet! Now! (LOL just kidding! Keep it live!)

So hey, we have a super lineup tonight for you! At 7 tonight, it's time to get rude and skanky with DJ Gwillym and hostesses Sig and Belli and SKA music! At 9, Bosco takes over the airwaves with his eclectic library of jazz and "jazz" (I dunno how to label some of his music so we'll just stick some quotes 'round it, ok hmm?) hosted by the tequila girl herself, Miss Liz Barrrrrrrrrramm!

But only because -The Vault- Vintage Jazz Club has been hoppin' lately! Who can take a breath when it's non-stop dancing and carousing here in Old Hollywood? We've added two new DJ's to our lineup: Anabel, who plays the swingin'est jazz and big band; and Gwillym, playing the skankiest ska around! Be sure to cruise on by for one or both of these new DJs, or we'll send the mob-squad out for you.

Also introducing two new hostesses to The Family: Liz and Mophead! These girls are beautiful and make local chat sizzle all evening long. Come down and give them a big welcome!

*blinks blearily* Did Last Night Really Happen?

I woke this morning with a bowler under my pillow and sand in my eyes... Stumbled to the bathroom and saw I had red lipstick smeared across my face all the way to my ear! Yes, last night at -The Vault- was THAT fun!!! I hope you were here to see Violet dressed as Alex from Clockwork Orange, Dita as Marilyn Monroe, Q as Elvis in Blue Hawaii, Darwin as Yoda (with tuxedo!), and me as Sally Bowles (Liza Minelli) in Cabaret.



Violet played for two hours and that party was the standard mayhem you've come to expect at events here at -The Vault-, with the added bonus (burning sensation?) of Gee on the mic with Violet. Then Louise took over the stream and really... things went downhill. Isn't that slide fun!!?? Robert1971 passed out a naughty monkey and Q felt the need to stretch his groin... ew.

Quentin has a "Fever" (though he really can't blame it on the weather), but other than that it's "Blue Skies" on this corner of the grid.
